if u have a choice to get any service you like do never ever choose charter its none professional more hassels then u like to deal within your already hectic life. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU ALL DONT GET PUSHED UNDER A TOW TRUCK BY THESE CHRTER COMUNICATIONS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CAN AND HAVE A FREE CHIOCE !

POOR SERVICE AND SUPPORT

The customer support and service quality continue to degrade. Separate billing systems cause customers to spend hours trying to obtain service and attention. Using on line helps some, but does not resolve the phone issues or increased service interruptions and downtime on average 4-6 times a month. Customer support is not available 7x24, thus recovery takes days to resolve. Obtaining credits for downtime or interrupted service when major outages occur is burdened on the customer and not a proactive process. Special offers have short lives then replaced with high increases in service. Very unhappy with this service as it has taken on the character of a 'monopoly' and outsourced its customer support to agents who do not understand the business or processes.
