This business has the worst customer service in Long Beach. The woman who works the front counter is extremely rude and nasty. I live in the area and have used them for dry cleaning twice. Each time it was not a positive experience for me which is unusual for businesses in the Bixby Knolls area. If you are looking for a Dry Cleaner in Long Beach, please do yourself a favor and try someone else and not Continental 1 Hour Cleaners. Oh!...and "insult to injury" is that their prices are higher than average in the neighborhood. )=
