Customer Service terrible! when they first opened years ago it was OK but as time goes on it gets worse. Sometimes you go in and your standing there waiting to be assisted and nobody says anything, you have to say hello can someone help me to the 50 million staff who see you standing there or if you stand there long enough someone will give in and ask what you need. It's not always left unattended at the front desk sometimes Teressa's mom is at the front and she is so sweet good service on her part. I don't want to mention any names but there is one staff member who is very rude and so is her little daughter (about 7,8or 9 yrs old) she brings to work w/ her. The daughter is all in the customer space making rude comments, taking the polish you choose telling you its hers and the mother just lets her until she gets tired of her and tells her to stop, not that she listen; don't get me wrong very cute little girl seems to be smart ( I know she only does what she is allowed to) - I think the dad works there to but he is nice I think. The reason I contine to go is because I love the way Teressa does my eyebrows very sweet and professional, I used to get everything done there because it's so close but now I'd rather drive a little and spend my money else where ( as long as teressa is there I will to). There are more negatives but those are the ones that stand out for me. NEGATIVES CS, RUDE MOTHER/ DAUGHTER & BROTHER OF EYEBROW LADY VERY ARROGANT & RUDE (used to be very nice back in the day). POSITIVES, TERRESA & HER MOTHER & LOOCATION CLOSE TO HOUSE. Rude Mother does get alot of customers so she must do OK job. OVERALL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They seem to keep changing staff so I can't tell you if newer staff members will be the same. I know this may sound backwards but if you are reading this I do recommend TERRESA for your eyebrows.

Like always when you go to a nail shop they talk behind your back.... Well this one went ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH THAT . her american name was Tiffany she had the nerve to tell me what was i looking at wheni was staring at a glamour sign they have that happened to be above her head.. so there was a huge verbal fight and the "manager" that was probably baning her got all offensive with me and i am the customer thanks for the nails glamour because i did not pay ......
