All of the staff members are always friendly and helpful. My issues and concerns are always answered thoroughly. The doctor that I was seen by wasn’t my regular Primary Care Physician, but she listened to all of my concerns. She made me feel like she really cared and she actually listened to me. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Even the Pharmacy Staff were friendly and helpful. The professionalism of everyone at this facility was quite impressive and stellar. Thank you Kaiser Long Beach for making my doctors visit very pleasant.
