Mr. David Dastrup Esq. is the Real Deal, Super Hero, Cape Crusader of the Law and in my humble opinion he should be The Supreme Leader of the Great American Justice League.
On 3/6/2013 I was issued a traffic citation for disobeying a traffic sign by Long Beach Police. Due to employment demands I missed the court appearance. My driver license was revoked, penalties were $950.00 and GSA (Court Collection Agency) was mailing notices, calling and threatening my credit.
A Note about GSA Collection and what I learned thru this process.. Paying GSA in full or any amount of money is considered a guilty plea and you still must appear in court and you can be fined additional court fees. GSA collection agents can lie to you. Do not personally deal with GSA! Lawyering up is the prudent course of action! Now back to my story,
On 9-26-16 (yes, three years later) I hired David Dastrup. On 10-11-16 Mr. Dastrup had the License Hold Removed. On 11-04-16 Mr. Dastrup had MY CASE DISMISSED, including No Court Fines, No GSA Collection Fines, No Conviction, and No DMV Points.
My case is now closed.
I spoke to 6 different lawyers before Mr. David Dastrup. I called him after reading reviews and after speaking to him I hired him.
