Little Tikes is not just an excellent daycare, it's also a great preschool. I live in the Los Altos area of Long Beach, and I travel across the city (7 miles) to take my son here. After months of searching for a preschool for my son to attend, I was referred by a friend to Little Tikes. It is run out of a residential home, but is clean, has a friendly staff, a great play area, and is owned by a wonderful woman named Vernessa Easley who puts a lot of her heart and soul into the care and education of the children. My son and I will be sad when he will have to leave this place when he goes to kindergarten. I can't believe my son can almost read and some of the other kids ARE reading. I recommend this place to any parent!

My child attended this daycare three years ago and he learned so much. He excels in math. The owner of this daycare cares a lot for the children that attends there. If you are a residence of Long Beach or surrounding cities I know it would be a great place for kids to learn before entering kindergarden.
