I had a minor question when I pulled up to the building, so I called and received my answer. I let them know I was already there, but that my appointment was not for another 15-minutes. They welcomed me to come on in where I was greeted with a refreshing and professional environment. I had my appointment with Yvonne and she explained the process well and I felt comfortable.
