The Refuse Collection Division is a part of the Environmental Services Bureau, which is governed by the Public Works Department. In addition, it maintains a fleet of trucks. The Refuse Collection Division provides a variety of information about waste materials and placement requirements and specifications. The division also arranges for special collection visits for items, such astelevisions, tires, refrigerators, computers, monitors and debris. The Public Works Department is a part of the government of Long Beach City in California.
