don't let this place fool you. you will be overcharged and unerwhelmed. Me and my new wife decided we wanted to move down to southern california, after looking around it seemed that long beach terrace was going to be a great fit. We put down over over priced deposit of 2200 dollars for the penthouse roof apartment, and signing a 12 month lease. we went on our honeymoon expecting to move in the day we arrived back in the country. On our "move in day" our dog broke off her leash and was able to jump off the roof. we had to put her to sleep that day. Not only was the "penthouse" roof apartment not secure at all, i would hate to see what a 2-3 year old child would do, but after only having the apartment for a total of 7 days, my wife and i decided we could no longer live at long beach terrace. We had to terminate the lease early, for which they charged us an ungodly amount to do, as well as us having to pay a last months rent, even though we had already paid for 1 full month. the staff was not helpful at all in dealing with the situation. The woman even told us that she had to charge us because now they would have to clean the apartment(we hadn't even moved a single box in yet). So be wary, all you apartment seekers, we ended up paying close to 6,000 $ for a 7 day stay at long beach terrace.
