no because there good to do yur taxes but when they make errors al of the sudden its your problem and they wont even try to help you fix it sarah is really rude i recomend you dont go there espcially if you do long form bottom line dont your taxes with them if they mess up you could bo oweing irs big dollars ! also there very expensive average cost for filing is about short form runs you about 175 and long form is in the high 300. i give them two thumbs down for customer service
