Walked in, person behind the desk had lots of attitude, got seated 20 mins later. Lady conditioned my hair rather roughly, seemed fine hair dried. Did not brush my hair until after, put TONS AND TONS of stuff in my hair, didn't dry hair, went home with wet hair. After hair had dried (having done nothing to it) if got so frizzy, worse than I had before the conditioning treatment. :(
