Bottom line, Lau Kune Do is the best Kung Fu school in Long Beach. The art is effective, the Temple is beautiful and Sifu Tsim is an outstanding teacher. As another person stated, you should consider yourself lucky to be accepted at a school of this caliber. The Temple is my second home and my fellow brothers and sisters are family. If you are serious about Kung Fu and have the heart and dedication, I urge you to contact Lau Kune Do, you will not be disappointed.

As for Taoist Priest's comments, I would take them with a grain of salt as he never attended our school and knows nothing about it. He is just another hater who is trying to start his own school - shame on you Clark Chan Penn, you cannot compare with 36 years of solid experience!

Lau Kune Do is a well respected school in Long Beach that will teach you REAL Kung Fu. Sifu is a dedicated master and if you are accepted as his student, you should consider yourself lucky. The energy and environment at the Temple is very traditional and the students/instructors will bring out the best in you. With classes held everyday, it is up to you to make the most of your Kung Fu training. Only serious and respectful students should apply.

Sifu Tsim has built his art on a solid foundation, and has been developing it for over 35 years. The lineage is solid and the techniques are effective. Sifu Tsim is a rarity in martial arts circles in that his internal tai chi and qigong practices are just as well developed as his external kung fu techniques.

More information about the art can be found at www.laukeundo.com.
