My wife was at Royal Care , from 5/23/16 to 6/4/16, the care she received was unbelievable.

Since she was here for almost 2 weeks , she was checked daily to make sure she would not develope bedsores during her stay , her bed was fitted with an air pad made for this purpose.also she was dressed appropriately during the day and also at night She had breakfast lunch and dinner, and a snack every night , her nurses were very good at making sure she got her scheduled medicine , and also pain medicine if needed. This place is so clean if you look on the wall with all the pictures of the key people you will see

An award letter from 2016 , regarding cleanliness , and the executive director Max , is always visible , making sure that this skilled nursing home is being ran the way it should,you will see him interacting with patients, staff and visitors, and will say if you have any issues or concerns to make sure you address them , and they will be handled accordingly

As soon as you walk in, you can tell this place is not well managed, there are strong smells, residents in the hallways just sitting around, and the administrator, Beth Garver is extremely rude, abrupt, arrogant and will not listen to concerns from visitors, or employees. In fact she will fire an employee before accepting she is wrong. This trickles down to other employees and their attitude to visitors and residents. This convalescent home failed various surveys in 2007 due to poor care of residents, failing to give medications on time, or even skipping residents' medication for days. The administrator, Beth Graver, has used terms regarding to residents such as trash, garbage and junk, and even made fun on obese and disabled residents. This is the last place you want to be in...
