The Yoga Dude is a certified yoga instructor at the advanced level. He teaches yoga at several yoga studios and other locations in Long Beach and Seal Beach, CA. His classes range from gentle classes for beginners and those with specific needs to advance classes. In addition he offers private sessions.All of the classes are based the anciet wisdom of the Yoga Sutras and Vajriana Buddhism as applied to the modern practice of yoga.
