Family run biz in the neighborhood. Dad does the work and is knowledgeable but doesn't speak much English. Daughter runs counter and doesn't seem to have any tcustomer service skills. Spent about $50 for some repairs to get my bike back on the road. Dad didn't even give it a token wipe-down. When I came in a few weeks later with a flat on the tire they had just repaired asking for a "re-do," they didn't bother trying to "handle" me, i.e. couple of bucks discount, a little empathy, etc. Got not love for being return customer. No problem, I won't be back.
