There is so much to say about this disappointing experience. I recently purchased pictures at a Marine Corps Ball on Nov 8, 2014. The staff seemed nice enough. After taking and paying for the pictures, they have us us a password to order the pictures. Upon looking at the proofs we were so disappointed. They were very unflattering pictures. The order site was very difficult to use. You could only use a computer. For some reason the photos were lost in the mail. After contacting Steve, he said to track the package myself with the post office. He then gave me the exact tracking number I had sent him. There fore offering no other solution or help. I left a review on his FB page. I gave him a 1. He deleted the review, which makes him have a perfect score. Only after my response did he offer to reprint the pictures. His site brags about being certified. That means nothing when clients are disappointed. It was my 11 year olds first time at a Marine Corps Ball. It was also his first time in a tux. If these pictures were not so important to my husband, I would have just taken the loss in money. There were several people that ended up not purchasing the pictures. They were awkward posing, and not flattering. I hope that the Marine Corps never use this photographer again. I guess at this point it is just a wait and see if I get the pictures.
