This was the absolute worst nail salon experience of my life. I have NEVER been treated so rudely. They could have told us that it was too late for an appointment when we called, but instead they squeezed us in and treated us like scum. I inquired about a gel pedicure, for which I was looked at like I had 3 heads, while 2 employees huffed and puffed about the notion and pointed to the non-gel colors in an aggressive fashion. I then looked through the non-gel polishes, and asked the employee hovering over me what time they were closing, since they seemed so bothered by our arrival. She literally said, "soon, so pick a color and let's go." If time wasn't of the essence, I would have walked right out. I rushed to pick a color so as not to displease the employees that were so busy standing around doing nothing, and got directed to a pedicure station where a less-than-enthused nail technician began the service. She asked if I wanted her to trim the nails, to which I said yes please, and once again was responded to with an eye-roll and hesitant compliance. She dipped my feet in water for 0.5 seconds, did not clean/file the nails or tend to the cuticles, no massage or pampering whatsoever. She'd tap my foot like a bad child when it was time to switch. She put a blob of scrub on each foot and dunked them back in the water. The "hot towel" was cold and dehydrated. The oh-so-inconvenient task of polishing the nails must have been beneath her. I got one rushed coat of polish that I can see through on each toe, and she pointed to the drying station. That was my cue that the misery was coming to an end. Shortly after, she came over and said "you pay now." A standard pedicure is 18, supported by the price list hanging on the wall, and by the fact that my friend was charged $18 for the same exact service. I asked how much, she said $20. Well, she got her $20, no tip. The end result are nails that look like they were painted by my niece - she's 4 - And clipped by Helen Keller.

This was the absolute worst nail salon experience of my life. I have NEVER been treated so rudely, like my very presence was an inconvenience. I went here for the first time with a friend who lives nearby. They could have told us that it was too late for an appointment when we called, if that was the case, but instead they squeezed us in and treated us like scum. I inquired about a gel pedicure, for which I was looked at like I had three heads, while two employees huffed and puffed about the notion and pointed to the non-gel colors in an aggressive fashion. I rushed to pick a color so as not to displease the employees that were so busy standing around doing nothing, and got directed to a pedicure station where a less-than-enthused nail technician began the service. She dipped my feet in water for 0.5 seconds, did not clean or file the nails or tend to the cuticles, no massage or pampering whatsoever. She'd tap my foot like COME ON when it was time to switch. Shortly after, she came over and said "you pay now." Beforehand, I verified that a standard pedicure was $17.99, supported by the price list hanging on the wall, and by the fact that my friend was charged $18 for the same exact service [PS, her experience was just as cold and uncomfortable]. I asked how much, she said $20. Well, she got her $20, no tip. Or as I see it, 18 with a 2 dollar tip for the ACTUAL price. The end result are nails that look like they were painted by my niece - she's 4. And nails that look like they were clipped by Helen Keller. NOT ONE PERSON SMILED OR HAD ANYTHING NICE TO SAY TO ANY CUSTOMER. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO HERE.
