I purchased over $100 worth of collector items. The employee was able to get several of the boxes for the items, but being the only employee at the store could not finish the transaction. I told her not to worry, I'd come back and pick them up. I emailed the owner to arrange a time to do so. I received a call back from the owner, who in an angry, accusing voice would not provide the remaining boxes or original certificates as promised. She made up a story about the transaction, when she was not even there at the time. I asked if we could work out a solution, and it was like kerosene poured on a fire. She flew into a rage and then hung up on me. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, which you can check on. This owner can not be trusted to provide honest customer service.
