This company was very unprofessional and failed to respond back to multiple phone calls I have made to find out when the job is going to be completed. Wilfredo Garrido (perhaps owner) made plans to complete a total job including a patio, back yard tilling, seeding with Zoysia grass, soil and irrigation. He quoted me that the job would be completed in 5 days. It took almost three weeks to complete a small patio, if the guys decided to show up worked slow and took frequent breaks. The patio was completed to suitable conditions but the back yard was left without finishing. The first issue we had was when he failed to I till the backyard and dumped soil on top of the existing uneven lawn!!! Then after calling and arguing that that wasn’t the agreement, he finally tilled the lawn and said he could not get the Zoysia grass seed we agreed on three weeks prior (he never pre-ordered or checked if the seed was obtainable). He always said it was no problem and it was included in the contract. He knew this was our seed of choice. Once we insisted on Zoysia grass, he said we would have to wait two weeks. Two weeks have gone by, I called, texted without a response, not only are they unprofessional but they left us in a poor situation. Now my tilled yard is growing weeds/new grass and it may be too late in the season to seed. THANKS FOR NOTHING GARRIDO BROS!!!!! and I have seen better patio work too.
