If I could give this company -5 stars I would, they are nothing more than a bunch of thieves with a Lawyer that they use to threaten and intimidate people. So here is my story.

Last summer i fell behind on payments. So knowing this I called the office late October and asked if they would work with me. (The payments were $97 a month) they said they would put me on a payment plan where I paid $145 a month and the normal payment of $97. All I had to do was sign the payment plan letter and send it back before Oct 31st. the letter never had the total amount due or when payment would start. All I was told was payments were due on the 1st of every month and have the letter and 1st payment on the 31st. so I did and a few weeks went by. I received a letter from their lawyer stating that I did not make my payments and that I now owed $500 PLUS $100 for “legal fees” so when I tried to call the office to find out what went wrong they refused to talk to me and said I had to talk to their lawyer. So calling her (who by the way is VERY rude and cynical) she said that I missed Octobers payment. Apparently unknown to me I had to pay October, AND November on the 31st. this was never stated anywhere. So finally the lawyer said that I could pay $270 by the end of the week and another $480 by the end of the month. So I paid the $270 it took me to come up with the rest of the money. I had to use my company Christmas bonus as well as the money my father gave my wife and I as a Christmas present. But I finnaly sent them a check for $500. That was a few weeks ago, yesterday I received yet another letter from the lawyer. It was certified so I missed it but I can only assume that I owe them more money. So I checked with the bank and the check for $500 was never cashed. I have tried to contact them but they will not get back to me. And now that this lawyer is involved add another $100 that they will not wave. So lets look at the math, I missed july and august, so @ $97 a month the total owed is $582. I have paid them $1,000 and they still want more. I think its time I get my own lawyer.
