The customer service, particularly the accounts is beyond terrible. Asaf the accounts manager gives you the push-around, is rude and refuses to go over discrepancies on the invoice. I would not recommend doing business with this company as they are unreliable and lacks professionalism

This place is completely unprofessional I do not recommend.



I called on Sunday to get the grease trap for my bakery snaked and cleaned. They do not offer cleaning on Sunday, so they came and snaked the trap at least and we paid in cash in full at the time they offered services. They told us to call Monday morning to remind them about the cleaning we had scheduled Sunday morning.



My partner called Monday morning and was told, "We will no longer be servicing your shop." My partner asked why and was just told "It is at our discretion. We do not have to give you a reason." I tried calling back and getting more information, but was told the same thing.



Completely confusing and unprofessional since they left us in the lurch Thanksgiving week and with our annual inspection from the department of health looming.



I do not recommend anyone use this service. We had used this service several times without issue and all of the sudden they refuse to do business with us. They are completely unprofessional.

Before they even came out to service the sewer I was having an issue with the owner had a 30 minute conversation with me to try and assess the problem so he could be sure he was providing me a quite for the correct services. With that said they provided great service and better yet, when my boyfriend forgot to get a receipt(I paid cash) I called and spoke to Alexis, she was amazing! Took the time to look up the date of service and emiled me a copy of the receipt the same day. Definitely will call them again when needed.

I've been using this company for years. I used to work in the restaurant industry and these guys saved us on numerous occasion whether it was a backed up toilet or an overflowing or clogged grease trap. Always courteous and as prompt as they possibly can be.

I recently started a job in an office and we had a plumbing issue during my first week on the job. I called them and they came out and fixed our problem here as well! Workers are always respectful and diligent in their work, not to mention thorough and efficient. Keep their number handy!

Hi On Wendsday November 2, 2010, I called these guys for greese trap cleaning at the pizzeria's basement and the lady said yea we would be at your place on November 3,2010 at 7 pm. I was waiting and they ever got there, I called this old guy who answered and he said oh your not on the schedule to do this would you like tomorrow morning I said no I'll call yoU morning. I called again on 11/3/2010 ok we will be there from 5-7 pm today and they never showed up!!! I call the company and this guy answered and said I do not seE you in the schedule im like what is you problem if you cant come just say so don't waste my time wating. SO I DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE LIKE THIS TO NO ONE. WHY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HONEST GUYS.THEY schedule appointments and they never go they will waste your precious time. GUYS WHO ARE NOT GIVING GOOD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NO GOOD.
