Provided by YP.comUnprofessional and lazy. They told me they'd call in 30 minutes with a car. Forty five minutes later I called them back to ask where it was and the man told me, "sorry, we have no cars at this time." When I asked him why no one called to let me know that -- the he yelled that he had no cars and hung up on me.
Businesses like this do not deserve customers.

I had to arranged a car pick up for 4:30AM. I called the day before and was quoted $45 + Tolls & Tip. When the driver arrived he told me it started at $59 and he was charging me for my bags!
I explained the price I was quoted and he said that that was a mistake from the service and not his fault. I became sick of arguing and thought I would miss my flight. I told him I's pay his fee but it had to be with a card as I only had so much cash. He refused and drove me to an ATM.
The trip cost about $80 and when I emailed their customer service they are refuse to rectify the situation.
Extortion before 5am in the morning!

Provided by YP.comThe rudest man in any business with the word 'service' in the title is the voice of this awful place. Rude is one thing, stupid is another: I gave the flight info when I booked and apparently the internet hasn't made an impression on this dinosaur: he needed the arrival time. When I suggested that he could have found it easily online, he copped a major hard-on, as if this were the most outrageous imposition he'd ever heard. He said they were a 'phone only' company (yeah, you can use the phone to get arrival times too) , which is rich because I found them online and enquired by email. I gave all my credit card details, but since I missed two calls looking for the arrival time and 'confirmation' (I'd done all this by phone less than 24 hours earlier--how much conformation do you need?), he was pissed off, called me irresponsible, said he wasn't about to send someone to the airport on the basis of a mere credit card booking (!?), acted like he was doing a big favor by saying they might have someone there, and then he slammed down the phone on me, something I have never experienced with a company that relies on human customers . I was so blown away, it took me a bit before I called back to say nevermind. This wicked creature gets all pumped up and aggressive, saying 'we don't need your businbess, we got plenty of customers.' So there's your bottom line: THEY DONT NEED OR WANT NEW CUSTOMERS! If you're a masochist who doesnt care if they get picked up or not, and who likes a lot of gratuitous abuse on the phone, by all means, enjoy. This tough guy on the phone has major attitude problems, and I can only imagine how his vile nastiness infects all the staff. I would suggest that walking from the airport is a better bet than Andrea Car "Service".
