Don't do buisness with this company. I bought a clock for my Grandmother for Christmas. 2 months later the pendulum stops rotating. She was very disappointed and asked me to have a look at it. I figured out that its an electrical problem in the pendulum motor. I called the company and asked for a replacement part, they told me I'd have to send the entire clock back at my own expense, and pay to have it exchanged. What kind of exchange is that? They also stated that the clock might of came with a warrenty, but that warrenty doesn't cover any moving parts. Its a clock, what's going to break BESIDES moving parts. So thanks for sending me a shotty clock, and not sending me the part that probably would of cost you 2 cents, so I could fix it myself.
