My daughter's stay was wonderful however, her lease has been up for three months and we have yet to get back out deposit. We have made numerous calls, talked to many people, and have gotten no where. No one knows anything. There has been only one of their employees that has tried to assist us. She has not been able to do anything. I just want a straight forward answer as to how long before we receive our deposit back. When we leased the apartment, all deposits, first and last month rent was provide. We were given a deadline and we came through. I only ask for the same common courtesy and to get back what we are entitled to. I ask Kodo Properties to return to us what is entitled to us.
