Rude, incompetent and dishonest. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Save your money and sanity and use another company.

I gave the rating of one star only because zero was not an option.

I'm very pleased with and would highly recommend NEX Worldwide Express. Used them for the first time last month. Mailed a package from NY to Australia. It was in Australia in 3 days, delivered to the recipient by day 5. All of this at a significantly reduced shipping price. (It was over 50% less than DHL or Fed-Ex). Customer Service experience was also very good. I contacted them several times with various questions, and they had quick, efficient responses. Most significant was how quickly they refunded my original payment (it was almost immediate as I talked to them on the phone), when I needed to create a new shipping label because the weight of my package had been reduced. Overall, I'm very pleased. And would definitely recommend. -- PJ
