The owner is a lier and a snake and once he gets your car in his shop you will never speak to him again unless he has received your check from your insurance company. He had my car for a simple fender repair for one month and two weeks and didnt want to reimburse me for the rental on my car for the three weeks my insurance company didnt cover. The insurance company had an agreement with his shop that my car should have been repaired in a few with with a limit of time due to my rental coverage. I went three weeks without a rental or my car due to this body shop and the owner never once spoke to me regardless of how many times i tried to contact him he would tell his staff members to lie to his customers and say he wasnt in the office to find out he was hiding in the back of the building or across the street in a store laughing at the people who come looking for him to get information about their vehicle that he has in his shop for over a period of time.
