They told my wife one price and then charged her another to replace the battery on my pocket watch. After they overcharged her, they then told her that the clasp was broken. After she got home I noticed that the watch was not actually ticking and was not functional. They either did not notice or just didn't bother to mention it, either way, I did not get my monies worth. I won't ever trust them to replace a watch battery again let alone think about any significant purchases.
