NY cabbies can be hit or miss. Often times they try to run some kind of scam by claiming their credit card machine doesn't work, or they are so clueless and/or unfriendly as to be unprofessional. Not the cabby I had with Tunnel Taxi!!



I inadvertently left my jacket, including my passport, in the back of one of this company's cabs. I tracked down the driver according to his medallion number and phoned him. He brought my jacket and all the contents of it back within an hour.



Very courteous, very professional!!
