They installed radon removal in a home I was selling and forgot to plug the holes in the basement floor they drilled for testing the vacuum draw for the radon vent. In the spring of 2014, due to an extremely wet season, the holes allowed water to create mini fountains, flooding my sold home causing the current owners to sue me. I have spent $14,000 to resolve the issue.

Further, when the installed the system, they disregarded the pull-down access to the garage attic, making it unusable.

The job was done in an exceptional manner. The workmanship / quality was excellent, as was the professionalism of the employees. I am very pleased with the experience I had with the company. The radon levels post mitigation are better than I expected. I will recommend them to anyone that is in need of this service.

Radon Removal was quick to respond to my inquiry, made a clear proposal and installed a remediation system in an extremely diligent manner. When the test results were above the warranted level, they came back and installed a 2nd fan. When that was inadequate, they installed another pipe in a 2nd location - which resulted in an excellent outcome. I can't give a higher recommendation!
