Beware Beware!

Took three brand new items in for cleaning. The new blouse was extremely faded and no longer matches skirt color. Sweater was stretched in the neck and frayed at the sleeve. Called Denny Rudd the proprietor and he said we were the first complaint he has ever received. He said good luck with your new cleaners. Another note, sign at the counter says no cell phone use when conducting business with us. However, the gruff girl behind the counter was on the phone with a personal call while I waited for service.

Took a leather jacket,worn once...1 spot to be removed.

Picked up jacket, in a bag, took it home and discovered spot still there after paying $42. Went in to store to question it, man there claimed there had been multiple spots. We said, this is horrible and as we went out the door the female employee shouted "You are horrible"

Worst treatment ever and jacket ruined. Not recommended for cleaning or customer service!
