I would love to thank Nick at NRG for the expert help during the sale of our home. Nick created the perfect listing that helped to sell our house quickly. Thanks to Nick we were able to take the money from the sale of our home and buy our new forever-home in a great neighborhood.

Moving is usually stressful, even without animals and children. As an animal owner, I was worried from day 1 of meeting with our Realtor that this process would be stressful and overwhelming. The best part of my experience was that my realtor was involved with every update and recommendation, he was knowledgeable and reliable. Our home sold on the very first day of our Open House, I repeat our first day on the market. Not only did Nick Gelfand volunteer to let our dogs out if there was a showing, he sold our home the very first day!!!! Talk about a relief. It was incredible and over asking.....Now, if only we could find a home. He sent me updates to my email regularly and kept me informed as it was a priority to find a new home. We ended up finding the home of our dreams in three weeks and he had an amazing mortgage agent approve us that day (it was on a weekend) so we could be approved for our dream home. Thank you Miranda from First Niagara Bank. We have successfully been in our home for over 5 months with no complaints besides unpacking. I can say it was all professional from start to finish easy to get in contact with and was always looking out for my best intrest a very hard go getter and always making sure are sure you are ready to purchase never felt rushed or felt like it was all about money it was all about satfying the customer if you ask me use them and you won't regret it
