The home passed Colorado State Electrical inspection. The disgruntled home owner failed to mention he relocated walls and electrical after installation and wired his own basement. When he encountered troubleshooting issues, he blamed AAA Electric and wanted AAA Electric to troubleshoot for free. We offered, saying if the issue was our fault we would repair for free. If the issue was due to his electrical work, we would have to charge. Of course he was upset and decided to go on a defamation spree. He finally relented after we threatened to sue. I have heard from the General Contractor, he is pretty much after all trades on the job.

I had a problem with an electrical outlet that I feared might cause an electrical fire but my regular electrician couldn't come out or talk to me about the problem. I looked up local electricians and called AAA. They talked with me and told me the fix over the phone. I fixed the problem (not as bad as I feared at all). I now have a new electrician.

AAA was hired to wire my new home by my former General Contractor TCA Builder. They completely ignored the electrical drawings that were part of the contract drawings and wired my home to minimum standards vs following the contract drawings which outlined that lighting and outlets were to be separate. They loaded 15A circuits very heavy with a lot of outlets that were supposed to be on separate 20A (heaveir duty) circuits. They now refuse to correct their mistake and want prepament for any work done.

They ignored electract contract drawings on the contract drawings on my new home and wired my home to min standards vs what was called out on the contract drawings. Now they will not even come out and do punch list items that were not finished.

There prices are GREAT, their service is quick and efficient. Will absolutely call them again. Same day service!! Wonderful.
