I was looking for a real estate contract review since i was buying a house without a realtor.I was unsure of what i needed and just took a chance and i feel i was truly lucky,They steered me through the legal stuff and reviewed the contract the next day. They rang me that next day and talked me through the legal aspects which was nice.When the bill arrived they charged me a fraction of what i expected from all the expedited and personal service.Ms Canfield was a true proffesional and i would not hesitate to use her again.
