Ordered in plenty of time for Valentine's Day. Even though it said that delivery time could not be guaranteed, I added in the comments that the recipient of the basket left work at 3pm daily. When I called to check the status, I was told that the delivery driver had not checked in and still had to return to the store to get the bouquet. As the advertisement states that the delivery van is "refrigerated" and that there should have been a plan for better delivery since it was Valentine's Day.......the excuse I got was ridiculous. I have ordered from other Edible Arrangements and never had a problem or attitude from my calling. This store had attitude and excuses which are detrimental to customer service. I will make sure to do business at another location, I won't give my money to this place again.
