There was so much sawdust left on the floors that when the coating went down the floors are now gritty and sandy. They come back once but it didn't do any good. Their equipment and technique ruined the floors. They missed sanding spots, continuously nicked the floorboards, missed applying the coatings evenly, forgot to put any coating in the closets and generally ruined the look and feel of the floors. I have tried calling several times to have them either reimburse me or come back and repair the floors but the do not return my calls. Do not hire these people. Had I seen their equipment before they started I never would have hired them as they were loaded with sawdust and were in horrid condition.
