EmailPairing with her former Mead Caf chef Don Reed, Kelly Jorgenson opened the Good Eats Grill on December 15th. The grill is located at 1114 Francis St. in Longmont. The restaurant will serve Proud Mamas German Burger along with variations of the original recipe including one rueben-style with corned beef, cabbage and Swiss cheese wrapped in the same delicious home made bread dough and served with Thousand Island dressing as a dipping sauce. Kelly and Dons goal is to provide diners a new eating experience based on the rich cultural heritage of the German experience in northern Colorado.
