Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY.... I purchased a 2017 Expedition with 33,000 miles, from TX, based on the honor and word of Sean Queen. After stating that this truck was MINT with NOTHING WRONG I sent the cashiers check. The problems begin with an inept finance department. In a rush to boost March's sales they overnighted the documents to me while I was on vacation. They did not make it due to the remote address but I would not have signed them if they had. The bill of sale tried to include the transportation cost (a non-taxable item) to the vehicle cost. They were insistent on adding State Sales Tax and Local County Taxes. When I told them that TX only charges the State tax of 6.25% I was asked "where did you get that information? Like a friend told you that? Because we have a program that tells us what it is." After sending the comptrollers information, sourcing my own transportation company for 40% less than they wanted and having the taxes removed so I could take care of locally, I sent the cashiers check and awaited the vehicle. The joys of watching a fully paid for $32k vehicle come off the transport were quickly extinguished. The truck had interior trim hanging by the last broken tab, the rear view mirror was loose enough to induce a stroke, 1 key instead of 2, rock chips on the hood, large ding on the side fender and a missing cup holder. I contacted Sean Queen and let him know of my disappointment. The dealership service paper even stated that they tightened the rear view mirror (which has zero screws to tighten). I tried to accept some of the faults by relying on a car salesman's word and split $213 the cost of the repairs with them. The dealership would not even send that!!!
Knowing I am 750 miles away I got this response to issues that should have been cured in his dealership.
You've been warned,

Provided by YP.comI purchased a vehicle at Longmont Ford in less than six months I needed a new engine. I tried contacting the dealership. They did everything to avoid me, they even gave me a fake number. They only care about making a sale.

Provided by YP.comlooking through online posts I found the unicorn called & spoke w/Greg about car He sent email "updated & more accurate description" of car which confirmed unicorn left work early & we drove 2 hours to go test drive had intent of leaving with two vehicles
When arrived Greg gone home for day + left no notice receptionist introduced Andy + we left for test drive 30 secs in realized that online post & Greg both lied not even unicorn's brother mileage wrong no navi no back up camera no audio package etc Andy at a loss had no idea what going on kept telling us that is the same car. pulled off the road to check VIN matched
return dealership Andy found manager Pat offered to put in aftermarket & bring the car unicorn then deliver Springs. 2 hours waiting for paperwork
Monday phone call saying wouldn't do aftermarket & offer $1k off the price instead No apology Not even mild regret told them to kill the contract
NEVER deal w/these people I strongly encourage you to run the opposite direction

Provided by YP.comI purchased a 2007 Dodge Durango form these guys and if the sales process wasnt nightmare enough... When I took the truck in for emissions, it FAILED! I immediatly took my truck to the nearest Dodge dealer, where they found several problems, including the check engine light NOT working. I was not able to have the vehicle repaired there it had to go back to Longmont Ford. Chris kept saying, "we are going to make this right." What I didnt know is his idea of making things right was trying to band-aid the problem instead of fix it. They want me to pay for the repairs.
#1. It is illegal for a dealer to sell a vehicle with the check engine light not working.
#2. It is illegal for a dealer to sell a vehicle that doesnt pass emissions. BEWARE they will try to hide behind a little disclosure on the emissions coupon that says, the emissions must be done with in 3 days of the date of purchase. If you have a 90 day temp tag, why would you go get an emissions with in 3 days?
If that isnt horrible enough, they replaced a bulb in the dash and returned my vehicle with wires hanging out of the dash.

Provided by YP.comWe recently purchased a used car from this dealership and after we signed papers and got the car home, we drove it around at night, this is when we realized that the front headlight did not work properly and that the dash lights randomly shut off and then turn back on. I drove the car back to the dealer and told them about the problems. I was told that we already signed papers and that they knew the car had these issues and decided before we bought it they were not fixing it. After only putting 100 miles the car we noticed that the brakes were making an awful grinding noise. We thought surely that isn’t the brakes because the dealership promised that every car the left their lot had 80% brake pads. Unfortunately we found out this is just another thing that they were dishonest about. Earlier today I noticed a missed call from them and hoping that they had decided to fix these safety issues I called back. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude and told me she had no clue who called or why I was calling them. I would never recommend buying a car from this company. The staff is rude and they are okay with not fully disclosing safety problems involving their cars before you purchase them.
