Poor Customer Service and Expensive.

Poor customer service. I bought pool parts that were made of pvc that cost 10 times more that pvc from Lowe's. The clerk in the store belittled me for going to Lowe's first. The Mountain Mist parts didn't fit so I called the store. No one answered so I left a message. I have never received a return call. The store has a no return policy. I go out of my way to avoid ever returning to this store.

Terrible Service!!!

I had Mountain Mist Spas repair a pump and they installed the wrong parts. When I put it back in the hot tub it immediately started leaking before I even turned it on. It had not been tested, and completely failed. I had to go and buy a new pump assembly from another dealer, make another 2 hour trip, and install it before the sub zero temperatures ruined the tub. They mislead me, then denied any responsibility, and refused to refund any of the charge. I am filing a claim as soon as the transaction posts. Stay away from this company!!!
