Mechanics seem to be inexperienced and customer service is terrible; I would never trust these guys to do anything on my bike anymore; from my wasting my time to overcharging I call this place pathetic.

"You guys are the greatest. We made the mistake of taking our ZZR 1200 to another dealership to see if they could fix the oil leak on it, and they tried to charge us way too much and stated they could not retap where the leak was coming from. We said no way and immediately brought the bike to you. You guys were straight forward and honest with us, and were able to do what the other shop stated was impossible. "I don't generally rate anything with a 5 Star rating all the way through, but y'all achieved it hands down. I've talked to and dealt with several Dealerships from S. Denver up to Loveland and your service, courtesy, and willingness to please the customer is in my humble opinion, 2nd to none! I bought a 2003 Vulcan 1600 Classic from you which I absolutely love. After much research into many makes and models, my decision was for this machine and I do mean "Machine". Every part of my experience at Rocky Mountain Kawasaki from Parts - Finance and all in between, was prompt, and bump free. Can't say the same about our roads though :). "Just wanted to make sure I passed on a huge "Thanks" to Lee and his boss. I came in looking for the 2009 Kawasaki ER-6n and there was one left. The problem was that it had been sold the night before and hadn't been picked up yet. My spirirt took a nose dive for all of about 5 seconds before I was assured that they could find another one locally and get me the same one that day. I admit I had my doubts but they lived up to their word. Not only did they secure the same bike, the bike they got hadn't even been unpacked yet. It was still in the shipping box. It was 11 a.m. by the time I agreed and paid and by 5 p.m., they had sent a truck to another dealership, loaded the freight box, got it back, put it together, tested it and had it sitting on the show room floor when I arrived. The bike runs like a champ! Just a really good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommened these guys to anyone looking for a new bike. This dealership and their employees go above and beyond and you can tell

"I came in to check out riding gear. The staff was very friendly, and even though I have no interest in the particular bike brands they carry, they still treated me very well as a customer. As a scooterist, I'm used to being ignored at larger motorcycle dealerships. But the folks here are of that great breed that don't care what you ride, and still value your business without being pushy.
