I had a roof done by roof check. I had the first new roof in my sub division. Soon after install we had a strong wind storm, I was thinking I got my new roof just in time. I cam home from work expecting to see tiles in the street, and I did. I was then hit between the eyes because the tiles were mine. My new roof had a blow off and the 15 year old homes had no problems. Oh will I have a 25 year warranty, think again bucko, once the have your 10-11000.00 your on your own. Roof Check said my problem is with Corning who made the tiles? All I picked was the color they picked Corning. Tried the talk to the owner and his wife would not let me get to him. I was telling this story to a customer of mine who is a roofer, He looked up my clam I had with Corning, came to my home and fixed the blow-off when I was not home. We noticed leaks in our living and dining room Christmas week. We called Roof Check and they had someone out to look at the problem the next day. The technician that came out was very professional and explained to us exactly where the leaks were coming from and even showed us pictures of the problem. The work was done in the time frame they told us and for the amount we were quoted. I will recommend this company again.

I had a leaking exhaust fan in a bathroom. We called this company and someone was sent out to look at it. He told us to fix the problem we needed new flashing. He said the majority of the flashing on the roof was shot and we should switch it all out. We did what he suggested and paid the $250 charge. The next time it rained water dripped through the fan into the bathroom again. We called the company and they send someone back out. He informed us it would be $200 to fix the problem. We complained and he said we'd have to take it up with customer service. We did and they knocked $20 off the price. We ended up paying $430 to get the leak fixed. I would not use this company again.

They did a bad install (confirmed by 4 other roofers...including one of their own). This wasn't discovered until issues began out of warranty. They didn't even connect the tiles to the roof (either through nails or glue). I obtained new tiles and asked them to reinstall a few of them...very little work. They claimed their install was good (even after their own roofer confirmed it wasn't). No recourse, no willingness to work with me. I would not recommend this company.

Fixed ripped off shingles and shingles that were lifting in the wind, took about 1/2 hour at most and had to pay minimum service charge.
