Maria has been doing my bookkeeping for almost 20 years. We have a standing 1/2 day appointment every week where she does my invoicing, bill paying and payroll. Also anything else that comes up in the process of doing business such as insurance audits and deciphering letters received by a government entity. What's also great is that she is very accommodating to changes in scheduling when it is needed. I highly recommend Maria of Small Business Solutions

I was referred to Maria of Small Business Solutions by a friend when I opened my auto repair shop in 2002. She picks up my invoices, check and credit card receipts, paid bills, check stubs, and bank and credit card statements once a month. She then produces my financial statements on her computer. She takes care of all of my payroll tax payments and reports and sales tax. She is always available for questions and as I like to say “she keeps me out of jail”. If you are looking for a good bookkeeper Maria is the best.
