My experiences in the dental chair have always been uncomfortable. My children have always been hesitant of the dentist too. Finding Dr Sampson and his team have been a blessing. The experiences are warm and welcome caring. The staff is so nice from checking in to checking out. They are professional too and ALL very knowledgeable. I recommend all my friends and family to Smile Designers.

I found out that I was going to need a root canal and crown. I was pretty upset at first since I have never had one! It was the best experience! I don't know why I was fearing it so much!!!! Dr. Drake and his assistant Emma were wonderful during my treatment! The office enivornment felt very comfortable to me. You could tell that the staff has worked together for awhile because the atomsphere gave off a family vibe!!!! I also had my teach cleaned from Amy and it was the best and educational cleaning I have ever had!!!!!Would recommend this office to everyone I know!!!!!!

Just so the rest of you know the prices are decent compared to many other offices. Check around Dr. Drake is the greatest and his main goal is NO PAIN.... I've never experienced anything unpleasant.

I quickly found out why this dental office has been ranked by the Times Call as the best dentist in Longmont for several years. Both dentists and all the staff are wonderful. They all really go out of their way to be caring and understanding to someone who is nervous. I love Smile Designers!

I have medicaid, and its medicaids regulations that causes the problem. Dr. Dake and his office have always tryed to work with me. But with medicaid there is no working with. Keep up the great work Dr. Drake and the girls. You are all awsome...

I have only seen an increase in quality of care at this office over the years. The majoriy of the ladies who work at Smile Desingers have been there for many many years and some for longer than I have been coming. Everybody has always been very courtious to me. They really take their time to explain things to me and they always listen to what I have to say. I used to be nervous to go to the dentist, but not anymore. Drs Sampson and Drake are gentle, friendly, and caring. I am glad that I have found such a place as this.

Having had some bad dental experiences in the past I am so very glad to be able to go to Smile Designers. They are the friendliest office that I have visited. All of the ladies and both dentists are extremelly friendly and caring. I have had work done by both dentists and they are both very caring, gentle and painless. The dental hygienists are all very through and gentle as well. I have only had great experiences at this dental office. They are always very upfront with billing as well. They never start anything without having me first see the insurance/finacial part first. There are never any surprises. I would highly recommend Smile Designers to anyone!!

If you are a Medicaid client be warned that you will be treated with the utmost disdain and disrespect. I tried to change an appointment with over a weeks notice as soon as I realized my son had a clash with important school graduation requirements. I was told that despite plenty of notice if my child did not show up for the alloted appointment time he would not be allowed to come to the dentist ever again..BANNED!!!The dentist refused to speak to me in person.....On inquiring if it was just our family he took such an aversion to I was told that nope, any Medicaid patient was treated like this..This policy is not made clear in any paperwork.Wow, what an appalling display of a very unpleasant side of human nature.

Have been a patient there for almost five years and have to agree with previous poster there has definitly been a drop of service in the last few years. The person who handles billing was out right when I tried to explain that she had made an error and not billed the insurance correctly which was why they had not gotten paid. I also found that if you have to reschedule an appointment that you scheduled six months out they are unable to see you for two to three months.

Have been a patient here for over 10 years and there has been a drop in service over the past 2 years. New staff is not of the same caliber as the prior staff members. Used to be the best dental office I had ever been a patient of.

expensive, painful, no time for patient. Very old equipment
