I've always been treated good, my nails are great, only place I go

Their customer service is horrible. I can't see paying good money to be treated as badly as they treat their customers. I won't be going back.

make sure to make an appointment. i was there at 1050 on sunday, in which they opened at 1100. their front door lock had malfunctioned. they wouldn't let me in to get my pedi, so i left at 1130. i returned at 3pm and signed in. they said the wait would be 15-20 minutes. no problem. a lady and her daughter walked in 10 minutes later, were greeted and then escorted to the back...IN FRONT OF ME. i left and WILL NOT go back there for service.
