I spent over 6k for my bedroom set and it was suppose to take 3 weeks. Well the manager that placed the order didn’t even charge us for the right bed for starters then it took over a month. But that’s not the best part we ordered everything beginning of may and now there saying it all won’t be in til August. If that’s even right. Worst place I’ve ever been don’t even know how they’re open... Oh ya pretty easy when you’re ripping people off..!!

Went into the Longview store, already knew what I wanted. Marissa was there to help me find the couch and to order the sectional pieces that I was looking for. She was very helpful and patient and friendly and I was very pleased. Good to go into a place of business and not feel pressured into buying something. Thank you Marissa.

My husband and had the best date night here in Longview!
We were not exprecting to buy but we walked out the door with an ottoman to match our brand new couch! Didn't feel as though the sales people were pushy at all. Gary Weaver was a doll!

Marrissa behind the counter explained everything very well! She made it as painless as possible and I actually enjoyed the time that I spent at the counter! Her laugh is very contagious!

I do not normally leave reviews, I feel as though I need to for this store! The staff was amazing! They made us feel right at home during the entire process from the greet at the door from Stacey, to check out with Marrissa, and then the loadout guys were so helpful to load me out! Made it all fit in my little altima which actually took quite a bit longer than normal!

Worst furniture we have ever bought spent over 6000 dollars and the sectional sofa is a POS and they actually blame it nit staying together on my area rug and the bed frame we bought keeps falling apart and they blame us for that too WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY FURNITURE I bought extended warranty on everything I bought and everytime they come out to "fix" it it's worse then it was before.. so very mad bout this VERY ANGRY

I bought 6000.00 dollars of furniture and my back broke on my love seat and they sent some one to fix it so he put glue on the broken board said that's all he could do.two days later it broke again same place.now they tell me they won't fix it again.I have the extended warranty they said it doesn't cover the boards.so they tell me I have to take it and pay to get it fixed .they are all liars.they told me warranty covered anything that happens to the furniture for six years. That's bull.I've had mine one year.

Not the quality furniture I have bought in the past, they are selling furniture made from sawdust now, real garbage made in China!
