I read the other negative review and thought I should respond. They converted my spa to a salt water system and did an exellent job. Very profesional and did what they said they would do. I found them to be very likable and trustable. When the owner found out that there was not a dealer around to do the service on my spa he called up the company and signed up as a dealer! . They have been in business for many years and have an A+ rating with BBB. Sorry to here someone else had a different experience. I guess you can't please everyone

I have to agree with another reviewer. Sadly, I too was conned by the smooth talking owner. I'm the kind of person that usually has a great sense of character, but these people pulled one over on me. I'll be happy to go into detail later, but I felt it necessary to confirm what the other reviewer stated. They lied about how long the job would take. They came out one day, and were to return the following day to finish, and never showed up. They called and said they would be there the next day, but never showed up. They gave me "instructions" over the phone for "critical tasks" that needed to be performed, because now it would be after the weekend before they returned. They blamed me for not doing THEIR job correctly while they were away. The owner said he would be on site for the job, and gave me "his word" that that the job would would be completed in 2 days for x amount of dollars. He did not come out on the job, and the cost was DOUBLE our original agreement, and took 3 times longer than promised. It would've taken longer if not for our persistent phone calls. The "help" they sent out turned out to be the same. Smooth talkers, yet very unprofessional, and probably not the kind of people you want on your property if you're not home.

There are plenty of other companies to choose from, and I strongly urge you to shop around, or ask friends who they use. These crooks will not have the oppurtunity to burn me again. I will be using another company for my annual job.

I was given a lot of good talk and then taken to the cleaners. Have tried to resolve this and get my money back but to no avail. Never any professionals on the site and no one was licensed to do the jobs I hired to be done. Stopped the makeover and cannot get any money refunded even though the job is not one fourth completed. Also, purchased a tanning bed that was defective from time of installation and cannot get them to stand behind the warranty or even the company that manufactured the bed. Have hired true professionals to now do the job right. Was completely taken in by these people and they are nothing but crooks in my eyes. Gave one star only because I had to. Should have researched this company before hiring them for a job of this size because I have found many dissatisfied customers now that I have traced their history. Only wanted my money refunded and to go on with my life but now will have to take this to court. Not a company to ever do business with. Take my word for this.
