My father has used Cooltron, formerly Airtron, for the past 20 years and now I use them. They are friendly people that do fair business. They have east Texas values and have always done me right. Call Randy and he will do you right!

Utterly DISGRACEFUL Service. When I called this company to ask for a quote the man was incredibly rude. If you are running a business you should learn to be clear in what you say rather then go back on a previous statement and say to the customer " what don't you understand" .. I would highly recommend NEVER going through Cooltron and from what other reviews have shown they are just an all round bad company with ridiculous rates and no knowledge of customer service. I give this company a 0 out of 5

I wanted to pick no stars but it would not let me. We called them on Wednesday and they came out and told us what was wrong and they called the landlord. They knew what the issue was on that day. So we left to go out of town for the weekend with the knowledge of them repairing it on Monday. They sent a different guy out on Monday and said the same thing that the other guy told us. "We will have to order parts". Ok you had from Wednsday till Friday to do that. So Im back at square one again. NO A/C. They knew the unit needed to be replaced. The landlord knew the unit needed to be replaced on Wednesday. The lack of communitcation between each of their employees is horrible. They should have ordered it on Wednesday and we could have air NOW!!! The second tech made a comment of that they have other important customers that they have to attend to. So what am I? Am I not a customer? They SUCK!!! To everyone out there looking for an A/C repair company "DO your research before you pick one". DON"T pick COOLTRON AIR CONDITION!!!!!
