Provided by YP.comWorst customer service experience ever! Aaron, the owner, is a good salesman, but he lies and does shady business. I have no idea of the quality of his work because after 4.5 months of him having my bike, I too had to bring a trailer and pick it up - in worse shape than I brought it in... I had wrecked the front end, fender, wheel, and forks of my Harley and I loaded it up with no front end... I left him $1365.00 (roughly 1/2 of his quoted estimate to repair) to get started on my bike - he charged me over $1000.00 for parts and his tear down labor - after 4.5 months of lies and excuses... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! It appears to be a pattern with him...

Provided by YPmobileMy bike was running when I drove it there (just hard to start). The cycle shack had my bike for 2 months. I got the call to pick it up. Had to bring a trailer because now it has no oil, cables are disconnected with nuts and bolts zip tied to the handle bars. Would I use them again? Hell No!!! Oh yea they charged me $164.54 for nothing. I suggest you take your bike to a cycle shop not a cycle shack.
