If you need care and attention quickly...this is the place. Making and appointment and filling out paperwork was done all online. You arrive and through their app, I let them know I had arrived for my appointment. I went in and was seen and on my way back home quickly. The staff was attentive and kind. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I felt confident that I got the best treatment.

Went in for migraine. The smell of the airfreshner intensified it. Was even more miserable when I left then when I went in. Will never go back there again.

This place is great, very nice staff. Thank you Kevin Kusch & Sara & Josh for making my day with your excellent care. Will definitely be back if necessary

Jay and Kevin are two of the best providers in Longview -- plus what an amazing nursing staff. Love the warm cookies in the lobby and the apple cider, too!

I would tell a friend to go here ONLY if they had no other options and for them to claim to have no insurance. This is the second time that I have been to HealthCARE Express and had trouble with billing. The first time, all four of my family members received an office visit and flu test. All four of us were billed a different amount that no employees could explain. The total came to nearly $800 for four office visits, due to the fees that were tacked on. After six months of arguing with the rude billing department, I finally agreed to a reasonable amount. Unfortunately, I brought my daughter back about a month ago for ear pain on a Saturday. I went to HealthCARE Express against my better judgement because they were the only Urgent Care facility that was not crowded and we were limited on time. We were seen quickly by a pleasant Dr. and received a prescription. My bill was $110.00 I asked the receptionist if this would be my total bill and was told yes. But again I received another bill for $166.43, making the grand total for a 15 minute Dr.s visit $276.93. Part of the fee is for seeing the Dr. "after hours" which was a Saturday. However in my opinion, if the business is open it is not after their hours. If I had chosen to not file it on my insurance, I would be paid in full. I will never use this business again. I have had the same insurance for years and never experienced "after the fact" inflated bills with the other urgent care facilities in town. I will pay this bill , because I do not feel like arguing, but will not be back.
