March of 2016 my wife and I went to Kelly tractor. Wanting a new tractor we spoke with a salesman. Looking over the Mahindra line which we had read many great reviews we decided on a 3550. Had problems, took tractor back and two years later still working as it should. I was involved in a major truck accident about a month after the tractor purchase. Recently I wanted to buy another attachment for the tractor. The person I spoke with said they would need the serial number to make sure the proper part was ordered. I obtained the information and then was told it was for a 2014 tractor. I said I purchased a 2016. Went home and looked over original paper work. Spoke with salesman. He laughed and said you bought a new tractor, and it happened to be two years old. I am a person who's boiling point comes quickly. I left before that happened. Never again will I recommend Kelly Tractor of Longview. I learned a hard lesson about trust and respect. Kelly Tractor your dealings are not worthy of the working person.

Don't do it! Took a unit in for service and a repair on a transmission. They loaded the Bad Boy Zero turn on to the trailer. When to move it two days later and all of the fluid leaked out again. Took the unit back for a seconded time. Picked the unit up did not look it over close but hoped it was fixed. After we go home we started looking it over we found the oil filter we were charged for was not new, but only wiped off. The oil drain was leaking oil all over the transmissions that were serviced, and that they would have used to drain the oil out of the engine. Fuel filter not new! just wiped off $11.24 was on our bill for that not being replaced! The two new sparkplugs that I was charged for Not NEW !!!Not even cleaned and gaped!!!.4.40 labor hours later at an $100.00 per hour we got a new air filter. Yes I did call to say they may have missed doing a couple things on the unit. The owner was rude said he trusted his people 100% Well if that's the case I have the pictures to prove what you get for 100% . Offered us a free oil filter to come get it! $11.86 oil filter. $20.00 diesel to get it nice doing business with you!
