Robert does a great job of providing a modern web system that's phone-friendly, which helps me interact with my customers the way THEY want to. My company's (Amptweaker, LLC) business plan is to ask our customers what they want us to build, and the site encourages that interaction. He also made sure things were done in a manner that would keep our brand at the top of the list when people search for our products. Our new web/email systems have also increased our productivity, by simplifying the process of making marketing changes to the site...like adding new relevant content quickly. And most importantly, he's put us on a dependable cloud server system that will make sure we're no longer down for hours at a time....which is important since our business is world-wide and has to work for all time zones.
